Nike just got slapped with a whopping 1.1 million dollar lawsuit by a transgender Nike contractor for failing to call the individual by her desired pronouns, they/them/their.

According to the Gateway Pundit, "Jazz Lyles," who was born female, is claiming that her coworkers abused her by not using her correct pronouns. Now she wants Nike to pay.

CBS has reported, During Lyles' tenure at Nike — from May 2017 to September 2018 — the engineer was repeatedly "misgendered" by coworkers, the complaint said. While Lyles notified management about the issue multiple times, the companies allegedly failed to implement any policies, procedures and trainings around the use of gender pronouns in the workplace. Republican Throws Sham Impeachment Back In Pelosi's Face

If Nancy Pelosi has proven anything since this impeachment trial has begun, it's that she doesn't deserve to be the Speaker of the House.

According to Breitbart, Recently on Fox's "Fox News Reporting," Senator Rick Scott insisted the Senate didn't want an impeachment trial from the very beginning so if Speaker Pelosi ends up not sending impeachment articles, the Senate won't deal with impeachment.

Scott said, "So, if Nancy Pelosi doesn't want to send it, break our hearts. I mean, the Senate didn't want this on their lap anyway … We wanted to get things done for the American public, pass budgets, reduce drug prices, focus on securing the border. But this is something she created, and now she — I think she just realizes that this is bad for their elections. And so, I think she's scared to death of sending it. And finally, it came to that, and I really knew that it would because of his character that he would not stop.
