In these emails, I often ask you to chip in $3 or $10 to keep “our Senate blue.” And I really do mean our Senate because I believe the institutions of our government should belong to, and serve, all Americans. 

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like my opponent, Don Bolduc, feels the same way. 

He has undermined the electoral process – the very foundation of our democracy – by spreading baseless lies about the 2020 election. 

He has made it clear that he is (at best) indifferent to the will of the voters, saying he would overturn the results of the 2024 election if he disagreed with them. 

And Don Bolduc has even called for repealing the 17th Amendment, which would take away people’s right to elect their own Senators. That’s right, he doesn’t think that the voters – his would-be constituents – should be able to hold him accountable. 

Don Bolduc is a danger to our democracy – plain and simple. And we need to defeat him in November. 

That starts with people like you stepping up and giving what you can to keep us in this fight.

Our Senate belongs to us, the people, and I believe that electing Democrats is how our Senate can best serve all Americans. 

And that starts with defending this seat.
