All summer and fall, we’re shining a spotlight on billionaires buying elections. They’re spending their money, almost completely in secret―funding right-wing candidates and causes through an unlimited stream of dark money―to take away our rights and keep their taxes low.

This week, Republicans in the U.S. Senate blocked a vote on the DISCLOSE Act, which would have required dark money groups to divulge their big-money donors. They introduced legislation in the House to make the Trump Tax Scam for the rich and corporations permanent. And, they came out with their so-called “Commitment to America,” which underscores their intent to undermine critical programs like Social Security and Medicare.

With voters across America beginning to cast their votes in the midterm election, we’re reminding folks what the Republican agenda is really all about and who’s funding it.
