Gov. Youngkin defends transgender school policy on 'Hannity': 'Parents
are decision-makers, not the state'

Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin updated "new model policies regarding
the treatment of transgender students" that restore the power back to
the parents. Youngkin believes the parents should be the decision makers
rather than the state.
