Now in Green Pages: "Hijack of Montana Green Party Ballot
Line"
In 2018, members of the Montana Green Party were surprised by news
that people they didn’t know were petitioning to put Green Party
candidates on the state ballot. Then it happened again in 2020, and
although the real Montana Green Party publicly disavowed the effort,
it was powerless to stop it.
As it turned out, the bogus Green campaigns and petition drives
were organized by Republican-linked operatives, leading to a lengthy
scandal and court battle in 2020 detailed by the independent
Montana Free Press in an article titled “How Montana’s Green
Party found itself at the center of a political circus. Again.”

Mountain Party of West Virginia: Abortion Rights Are Human
Rights
Have you, like many West Virginians, had enough with
Conservative Democrats? Minority Whip Sen. Woelfel, along with several
other Democrats, who voted for the abortion ban alongside Republicans
will likely face no consequences from their party.
Republicans wrote the bill, and several Democrats backed it.
It’s time for real opposition with West Virginia’s Greens.
Keep the Maryland Green Party on the Ballot for 2024
Thank you for your continued support of the Maryland Green Party. Whether you've been
with us for years or just signed up, you're here at a critical time
for the party: the start of our 2024 ballot access campaign.
State law requires us to stay recognized as a political party in
order to run candidates for office, including President in 2024. One
way to maintain this status is to win 1% of the vote in the race for
Governor this November. We've nominated our candidate and are
working to turn out as many votes as possible, but we have no
guarantee of winning the votes we need given a crowded field. The
other way to stay recognized is to collect 10,000 signatures of
Maryland voters who want to see the Green Party stay on the
ballot.
We've developed a plan to work - starting today - to collect those
10,000 signatures, and we need your help!
