Hello,

Watching Fox “News” these days is like watching something from another dimension...

The 2020 election was rigged. The FBI is being run by “the Deep State.” Donald Trump is some king, subject to no law. And that pillow guy has some new slippers to sell you for $139.99. Nice slippers, no doubt.

Stay tuned, because after the break, Democrat Mike Franken, a 36-year Navy veteran and retired Vice Admiral, is running for US Senate against Chuck Grassley in Iowa. Surely, Franken must be a radical socialist who actually wants to protect our democracy. The horror! The nerve of those Democrats.

“Up is down” and “right is wrong” with these people. There’s no trying to make sense of propaganda, but the effects of it are very real – and they’re dangerous. There is a whole contingent of Americans living in a false reality manufactured by right-wing media for political purposes. And they’ve turned that propaganda machine loose against me.

There’s only one way to combat their bizarro tales, and that’s with telling the truth. But I can’t take on Faux News, McConnell’s Super PACs, and all of Chucks Grassley’s attack ads without your help.

If I’m going to defeat Chuck Grassley and turn Iowa blue this November, we need to raise $2,500,000 before our final end-of-quarter FEC fundraising deadline of the campaign to win – and right now, we’re still very short. I’m not taking a dime of corporate PAC money, so I need you to chip in right now:

Please, may I count on you to give $5 or more right now – whatever you can afford before our final end-of-quarter FEC fundraising deadline – to help me defeat Chuck Grassley, turn Iowa blue, and protect our Democratic Senate majority?

If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

Iowa is one of the most winnable Senate races in the nation. We’ve got Grassley on the ropes.

I’m so grateful to have your support through this entire campaign,

Mike Franken, U.S. Navy (ret.)
