Team,
More than a year ago, we launched this campaign together because it’s time for a change.
For decades, the same corrupt crew has been running the show at the Statehouse – and while some corporations and wealthy folk have prospered, too many are being left behind, wondering if they’ll be able to afford their bills this month.
We can change that. But now, we’re less than two months away from Election Day, and we’re running out of time – particularly when national Republican groups are spending big to keep the status quo.
We’ve set a goal of raising $25,000 in the next few days to stay on track toward our end-of-quarter fundraising target. So I’m asking: Will you pitch in $5 or more between my campaign and the Ohio Democratic Party right now?

As the mayor of Dayton, I tackled some of Dayton’s biggest challenges – the opioid crisis. A mass shooting. The COVID-19 pandemic. Horrific tornadoes.
These challenges aren’t unique to Dayton. We see them all across Ohio. I worked to lead Dayton’s response to these issues, by partnering with experts and community leaders who know our neighbors and our communities – because they’re the ones who can create change that works for all, not just the special interests and the wealthy few.
We need more leaders who will put people first, not their friends and not their corporate backers – which is why I launched my campaign in the first place. It’s time to turn the page in Columbus and elect a governor who will truly work for the people.
So right now, I’m asking: Will you help us defeat Mike DeWine and bring change to Ohio by making a split contribution toward our September end-of-quarter fundraising goal?
Onward,
Nan
The Ohio Democratic Party is working year-round to elect Democrats who will fight for working families all over the Buckeye State. We have the chance to flip not only Ohio's open U.S. Senate seat, but to elect a Democratic governor as well. Will you pitch in $10 or more right away? Every dollar you give helps build a blue Ohio.
