I'll cut to it, John.

In a minute, I’m going to ask you to chip in $5 to stop Kevin McCarthy from ever getting his hands on the Speaker’s gavel. But first, here's an update on what he’s been up to:

Yesterday, Kevin McCarthy announced the GOP’s “Commitment to America.” This is the plan he wants to put in place if Republicans retake the House.

The fact that Marjorie Taylor Greene is grinning from ear to ear should tell you everything you need to know about what his plan contains.

Here’s what we actually have to look forward to:

» More attacks on the Democrats who dared to investigate Jan. 6th.
» More attempts to destroy reproductive freedom in this country.
» And much more of Marjorie Taylor Greene -- who will be handed leadership roles despite being a racist who has called for violence against Democratic colleagues.

This “plan” is a joke, and to say that I’m infuriated by it would be the understatement of the year.

John, nothing would CRUSH McCarthy’s plans better than an absolute TIDAL WAVE of grassroots donations coming in to remove him from office. Will you contribute $5 right away to our campaign to destroy his hopes of becoming Speaker?

We can’t let McCarthy anywhere near the Speaker’s gavel.

Thank you for all that you do,
