John,
We JUST appealed a massive prayer case directly to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Angry atheists are attacking prayer. When a prayer vigil was organized after a crime spree gripped a local community, city officials, police, and chaplains all attended the event. Individuals opposed to prayer sued, and a federal judge ruled that public prayer is unconstitutional.
Prayer is fundamental. Prayer is constitutional. And anti-Christian radicals have NO RIGHT to bring these suits in the first place.
We JUST FILED at the Supreme Court in one of our biggest cases in years. This could impact religious liberty rights litigation for decades.
The ACLJ has been fighting – and WINNING – these cases for decades. Now we have a fighting chance to stop these attacks on prayer and religious liberty at the Supreme Court. Take action with us.

ACTION Report: ACLJ Defends Prayer at U.S. Supreme Court.
Election integrity is under attack.
President Biden is filing lawsuits to overturn state election integrity laws BEFORE the impending midterm elections. The radical Left is actually trying to block a law that would have prevented essentially bribing people to vote.
This is an all-hands-on-deck moment. The stakes are just too high.
We filed an amicus brief on behalf of you and dozens of Members of Congress in federal court to defeat one of President Biden's absurd lawsuits.
The court agreed with us, noting there is a long history of these kinds of insidious election shenanigans and fraud. But the fight isn't over yet.
Help us protect the Constitution and the integrity of our elections.

It's a slap in the face of every Christian.
California Governor Gavin Newsom is twisting Jesus' words to promote ABORTION, while he's poised to sign a law that would legalize infanticide.
Newsom JUST launched a pro-abortion billboard campaign across seven pro-life states, quoting Mark 12:31 – "Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no greater commandment than these." – claiming that killing unborn babies is somehow loving and commanded by God.
It's truly insulting.
We're taking action in many of these states, preparing to file in numerous state Supreme Courts in just days to defend state abortion bans and fighting to defeat extreme abortion laws. Together, we can save countless unborn babies.
