Breaking news, John:

According to The Washington Post and supported by The Hill, Donald Trump is planning to hold a high-dollar fundraiser for our far-right opponent Dan Cox at Mar-a-Lago next month.

Trump is trying to swoop in and save loyal MAGA follower Dan Cox by hosting a “$1,776-per-person event” at his Mar-a-Lago estate and offering guests a photo-op with Trump and Cox for donors who raise $25,000.

This comes as Cox has tried toning down his extremist language and ties to Trump, which aren’t resonating with Maryland voters. But we know the truth: Cox loyally supports Trump by continuing to push the Big Lie and denying the 2020 election results while advancing a hateful agenda seeking to ban abortion and harm the wellbeing of LGBTQ students in Maryland schools.

Cox needs Trump and his far-right, wealthy donors to boost his campaign — meanwhile, Wes is depending on grassroots donations from people like you to fuel our movement for a Maryland where we leave no one behind.

With our final end-of-quarter deadline approaching less than ONE WEEK from now, will you pitch in $10 or whatever you can afford to help us fight back against Cox and Trump?

Thanks for making our people-powered movement possible.
