What’s at stake: We are 45 days away from Election Day, and Summer Lee is poised to make history as the first Black woman to represent Pennsylvania in Congress. Not only that, but she would also be one of the most progressive members of the U.S. House, ready to make the bold changes needed to help working folks across Western PA.
Why this week is so important: This week marks the final week before our end-of-quarter deadline. This is the biggest fundraising week before Election Day. The work we do right now — ahead of Friday's huge fundraising deadline — will directly determine our position on Election Day.
What we need: To make this happen and get Summer Lee into Congress, we need to make sure we won’t be outspent by corporate super PACs who want to see us fail. We are counting on our grassroots people-power movement to show up now and on Election Day. That’s why we MUST meet our end-of-quarter goal of $25,000 by September 30 at midnight.
