* Take transit to all your sporting events in Seattle this weekend. Metro and Link Light Rail serves riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field and Climate Pledge Arena;

* The Huskies will have their home game at?University of Washington [ [link removed] ]?at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday;?
* The OL Reign [ [link removed] ] have a match on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at Lumen Field;
* The Seahawks [ [link removed] ]will take Lumen Field on Sunday at 1:25 p.m.;

* *Seattle Center Monorail [ [link removed] ]?*will operate late this weekend on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;

West Seattle Water Taxi and #773 and #775 shuttles are operating on the?summer schedule [ [link removed] ]?, offering midday crossings 7 days a week, plus late options Fridays and Saturdays;?

On October 17, Water Taxi will transition to its winter schedule [ [link removed] ].?West Seattle Water Taxi to continue midday and weekend sailings through winter. The seven-day-a-week?service will run from approximately 6 a.m. weekdays (8:30 a.m. weekends) to 7 p.m.?

Celebrating 44th Annual Metroadeo winner - Steve Banham

Metro operator Steve Banham is the winner of the 44th Metroadeo. He is pictured with Rebecca Frankhouser, Chief Safety Officer.

Congratulations to Metro Operator Steve Banham for an impeccable run and 1st place finish.?

The winner of the annual Metroadeo advances to the state bus rodeo in Spokane next year, and that winner moves on to the national competition!



The 44th Annual Metroadeo was held on Saturday, September 10, in Tukwila where Metro operators and peers from transit systems across the state had a place to show off their skills.

These expert operators navigated 40-foot coaches through 14 challenges including turns, reverse maneuvers, passenger stops, offset streets, diminishing clearance zones, and more. Operators were also scored on their pre-trip coach inspection and professional appearance.
