Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, California, and Hawaii have all recently passed vote by mail.

And since then, those states have seen higher voter turnouts!

Why? Because with vote-by-mail, voters can avoid long polling lines, limited polling place hours, and difficulties getting time off from work. They can simply complete a ballot on their own time, and mail it in!
