2019 was a very powerful year for Our Children’s Trust, with Juliana v. United States being heard at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, two of our cases being argued before the Supreme Courts of Oregon and Alaska, the filing of a new case by Canadian youth against their national government, and much, much more!
2020 will be an even more critical year as these courts issue their decisions and the youth-led, science-based cases we support advance toward climate justice around the globe.
