I have an important update for you! America First Legal is aggressively protecting the American voter and is forcefully defending the integrity of our elections. We have just filed our second lawsuit in 15 days in Pennsylvania to make sure that ballot drop boxes cannot be used to dump fraudulent ballots and dilute your vote.
My team at America First Legal filed this new lawsuit against the Chester County Board of Elections to compel their immediate compliance with election laws. This followed the revelation of extensive surveillance video footage, which exposed people dropping multiple ballots in drop boxes in the county. The video footage captured brazen breaches of the Election Code: with over 330 individuals depositing void, invalid, or multiple ballots at once!
Pennsylvania Election Code requires that ballots must be returned either by mail or in person by the person to whom the ballot belongs- it is illegal to drop off multiple ballots.
We also filed a ballot drop box related lawsuit in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania and we got results! The Lehigh County Board of Elections was just forced to stop using ballot drop boxes until our October 7th court hearing.
We’re winning the fight against election fraud one county at a time.
