Friend, you may know me as the woman who uses a whiteboard during congressional hearings to break down corporate greed and corruption, but today I'm breaking down a different situation: our slim 50-50 Senate majority, which hinges on my friend Catherine Cortez Masto's race in Nevada.

Democrats have passed historic environmental protections, expanded affordable health care, and helped working people begin to recover from the economic effects of the pandemic. 

But there is so much more to be done, and if Catherine loses this seat, it's game over: Mitch McConnell will put a massive roadblock between us and all our future progress. McConnell knows this, and that's why he and his allies are spending nearly $50 million on attack ads to defeat Catherine.

His smear campaign comes at the worst possible moment: Polling shows Catherine trailing by just ONE POINT, and experts from CNN and The Cook Political Report are calling her the most vulnerable senator on the ballot. If we don't help Catherine fight back NOW, it could cost us this race and our Democratic Senate majority.

That's why I'm personally reaching out to you, friend: We need to help Catherine raise another $25,000 before her 11:59 p.m. fundraising deadline to make sure she has the resources to stand up to Mitch McConnell.
