Give No Ground with Barnes, Cartwright, and Fetterman Indivisibles,
What do Pennsylvania and Wisconsin have in common?
🏈 Historic Football teams? 🏈 True, but no.
🍺 An appreciation for a home-grown beverage 🍺 Well, yes, but still not what we were looking for.
⛏️ Salt of the earth people who care about their communities? 🐄 You’re getting closer.
🧀 THEY LOVE TO PUT CHEESE ON THINGS 🧀 That’s enough!
Wisconsin and Pennsylvania both have incredible candidates looking to defend democracy this November. Join us on Sunday, October 2 at 2pm ET/11am PT to phonebank for Mandela Barnes, Matt Cartwright, and John Fetterman.
These three candidates are running to win key seats to hold and increase Democratic majorities in November. Barnes and Fetterman even got together to strategize who would be the 51st and who would be the 52nd vote for real change in the Senate.
When we look at the picture for November, all three of these seats are vital to hold (and expand) Democratic control of Congress, ensuring progressives have a chance to enact real policy change and preventing Republicans from stripping away our basic rights -- because that’s what’s at stake.
When we talk about defending democracy, we don’t just mean the abstract idea of a democratic nation -- we mean defending the popular and necessary policies and procedures that allow our nation to be great. That means fair and safe elections not threatened by a mob riled up by the rightful loser. That means protecting the right to choose as foundational for a free country. That means taking action to bring integrity to the Supreme Court and restore American faith in the judiciary following an all-time low.
When we voted Trump out of office, we took the first step towards defending our democracy -- this November, we finish the job.
Join us on October 2 phonebanking for three of our Give No Ground candidates to make sure we get it done.
In solidarity, Indivisible Team
P.S. -- If you can’t make it October 2, phonebank for John Fetterman on September 27 at 6pm ET/3pm PT or phonebank for Raphael Warnock in Georgia also on September 27 at 6pm ET/3pm PT. |
