Donald Trump is flying to North Carolina to prop up Ted Budd’s campaign. National Republicans are worried about losing this seat, so they’ve called in Trump to rally his far-right base.
Last time Trump was rallying here, he made clear he would do whatever he could to “crush” Cheri Beasley and keep North Carolina red.
His corporate super PAC allies are spending tens of millions of dollars on the air right now to buy this seat, and Ted Budd is banking on an outpouring of cash from Trump’s base after this rally.
So we need a surge of grassroots donations before they take the stage. Each one helps send an unmistakable message that we have what it takes to pull off a historic victory and send Cheri Beasley to the United States Senate.
