The Minnesota Department of Revenue held a webinar for software providers and tax professionals on September 14. During this webinar, we covered electronic filing updates and walked through changes to certain business and individual tax forms.

We have posted the recording, script, and Q&A document for this webinar under the Conference Calls and Webinars Archive section on our website.

Additionally, we posted a summary of changes to 2022 individual and business income tax forms under Resources on the Tax Law Changes page.

Where can I review the 2022 Minnesota tax forms?

See our Draft Forms and Instructions page.

Do not use these draft forms to file returns. There may be more changes before we post the final forms and instructions later this year. See the Key Dates for Software Providers page for important upcoming forms and instructions release dates.

Where can I find more information?

See our Tax Law Changes page for details about the upcoming filing season.
