Josh Shapiro has reserved $16.9 million dollars in attack ads against me between now and Election Day.
Right now, this race is just a 2 point race. This ad spending could wind up making a critical difference… and hurting our ability to make the case to the people of Pennsylvania.
From the very beginning, Josh Shapiro has outspent us… because has full Establishment support and a blank check from Leftist billionaire Dark Money donors. (And yet, he’s STILL been unable to gain any real momentum in this race.)
Because our campaign has genuine support and energy, we don’t need to match Shapiro’s fundraising to beat him on Election Day.
We just need to raise enough to continue to amplify our message and build out our ground game across Pennsylvania.
So I won’t ask you for 16.9 million bucks, John. Not anything close.
