Did you know that each person running for Mayor of Chicago has to collect 12,500 signatures to qualify for the ballot? That’s three times more than Mayor candidates in big cities like New York. Collecting signatures is really expensive: And while some in this race are spending from their own deep pocketbooks to reach the threshold, Lori needs YOU. This weekend, we’re hosting a signature gathering event in the 43rd Ward with newly appointed Alderman Timmy Knudson. But we need resources to organize the event, including supplies like clipboards, snacks, and matching shirts for our team. So we have to ask: Can you chip in to help our volunteers collect signatures this weekend? Here's the bottom line: If we’re going to keep Chicago moving forward with Mayor Lightfoot at the helm, we need all hands on deck. That’s why we’re canvassing to collect signatures this weekend. We could really use your help. Thanks for your support, Team Lightfoot
