Today is the first day of Early Voting – it’s the official start of the 2022 midterm election. For us here at DPVA, it’s what we’ve been working towards all year.

So much is on the ballot this year. Reproductive freedoms, the rights of our LGBTQ neighbors, the future of our planet’s climate, the economic prosperity of Virginian families – all of it is on the line, and so many races are SO close this year.

The right to universal early voting in the Commonwealth was passed by Democrats – because we know how crucial it is to give Virginians every opportunity to make their voices heard.
