But the simple truth is this: our campaign can’t afford not to. With the Senate Majority hinging on New Hampshire and a radical right-wing opponent, I am hoping that I can convince people like you to step up, give, and help us win today.

In 2016 we won by just 1,017 votes. We won that race on the margins, and every dollar people just like you contributed to our campaign made a big difference.

Now that I am facing Don Bolduc – who is by far the most extreme nominee for Senate that New Hampshire has seen in decades – the stakes are even higher.

The 1,017 votes we won by last time around could have gone the other way. The fact that they didn’t was a testament to our hard work, our clear message, and – to be blunt – our strong fundraising apparatus.

Having the resources to fight back against attacks and constantly communicate our positive message is the only way that we can win this time around. And with Don Bolduc as my opponent and our Senate majority hanging by a thread, we need to win.
