National Domestic Workers Alliance
============================
John —
The domestic worker movement is all about building a society and an economy that cares more about the dignity, safety, and financial health of women — not less. We know that we cannot build an equitable economic future for women, particularly women of color, if we do not control our reproductive futures. That’s why we proudly organize alongside the Women’s March and other movement partners to fight for a world where we all have access to the full range of health care we need to thrive, including abortion.
You may know the Women’s March as the five million women and allies who took to the streets in 2016, but their work didn’t stop there . They continued to help women tap into their collective power and, in 2018, built a movement that elected COUNTLESS women and care champions.

Much like our domestic worker leaders, the Women’s March has proven over and over again that, when THOUSANDS of us make our presence and our anger known, we can make change happen. When we get in the streets, we can’t be ignored.
Those who overturned Roe and want to endanger women by banning abortion outright need to know exactly how furious — and how determined — we are. So we’re going to show them. John, the Women’s March is taking to the streets…again. And we hope you will join them.
Join other advocates like you in Washington, D.C. on October 8th to send anti-abortion leaders a clear message: the #WomensWave is coming >>> [[link removed]]

We know when we come together, we win. We’ve done it before. And we’re going to do it again.
In October, we’re going to mobilize, we’re going to activate, and we’re going to build this movement to drive folks to raise their voices in November and EVERY election to come.
Be there,
Women’s March & NDWA

The majority of domestic workers sit at the center of some of our nation’s most decisive issues because of who they are and what they do: they are women – mostly women of color, immigrants, mothers, and low-wage workers. They are impacted by almost every policy affecting the future of our economy, democracy and country.
Domestic workers can lead us toward a new, inclusive vision for the future for all of us -- and your grassroots support is the fuel that can get us there.
