Good afternoon friend,

I wanted you to be among the first to know about our new Make Time for Assisted Dying campaign, due to launch later this month. Together, we will call on MPs to demand parliamentary time for a full and fair debate on assisted dying and ask that they make this a commitment in their party manifestos.

But to do that, I need your help. Friend, will you chip in to Make Time for Assisted Dying?

It's party conference season and MPs across the country are gathering to set their political agendas. Now is the perfect time to make a splash with our Make Time for Assisted Dying campaign. But party conferences are just the first step - this campaign will run until the next general election which could be another 18 months away. Will you play your part to ensure that, when the time comes, MPs Make Time for Assisted Dying?

Please, chip in today and give the campaign the resources it needs to make bold, headline-grabbing impact.

On Monday, we’re heading to Liverpool to the Labour Party Conference where decisions about what will be included in the next party manifesto are already being made. We will also be heading to Conservative and Green Party Conferences in the coming weeks and making a stand to keep the pressure on decisionmakers.

Party conferences are important. But they’re just the jumping off point - before the end of the year, every MP will have heard from Dignity in Dying supporters just like you. Together, we will be impossible to ignore. If you can spare it, friend, please, chip in to help us get there.

The new Prime Minister needs to know that this isn’t an issue that will fall under the radar. The public want this change and they want to see action.

In the coming weeks, I’ll be in touch to let you know the steps you can take to get involved. For now, I thank you in advance for your generosity.

All best wishes,

Sadie Kempner

Dignity in Dying

Our campaign is powered by our supporters - like you. We’re 100% funded by individual donations, so we can keep fighting, together, to change the law on assisted dying in the UK. Could you chip in today?
