Farm Aid 2022 is tomorrow! We're putting the final touches on the HOMEGROWN Village and prepping for the HOMEGROWN Concessions® that will be served, and starting sound checks on the stage. If you're joining us be sure to read through the venue rules and make sure your bag is clear and the correct size!
As you may have heard, COVID has found our friends Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats. Unfortunately they need to take some time to get better, and will not be able to perform at Farm Aid 2022. But rest assured we'll still have a full day of incredible music!

Get all the day's details with the Farm Aid 2022 app: Download the Farm Aid 2022 app for iPhone and Android to create your personal schedule for the day; find out where you're going with the festival map; check out the HOMEGROWN Concessions® food and drink offerings; explore activities offered in the HOMEGROWN Village; and learn about some local Farmer Heroes.
Get your hands dirty: With dozens of exhibitors, the HOMEGROWN Village is where you can celebrate and engage in the culture of agriculture. From noon to 5:00pm, find food and farm activities, art projects and games. Discover how to grow oyster mushrooms, dye fabric with indigo, and save seeds among many other things; and visit our mini farm to hang out with heritage breed animals! Also, check out our FarmYard Stage, where farmers and artists will discuss pressing issues and share inspiring stories showcasing food and farming in the region and across the country.
Meet a Farmer: We're here to celebrate family farmers, so introduce yourself. They're all around at Farm Aid 2022! Look for people wearing a "farmer" pass and enjoy their food at HOMEGROWN Concessions®, and hear from them on the FarmYard stage.
Eat HOMEGROWN: We're proud to offer family farm food throughout the venue. Our HOMEGROWN Concessions® will serve food that's sustainably produced by family farmers who received a fair price for their products. Menu items will offer North Carolina pasture-raised beef burgers and hot dogs; pasture-raised pork links and sausages; heritage Motherland Okra in a grains, beans and greens bowl; heirloom tomato sandwiches on bread from North Carolina-grown organic wheat; North Carolina-caught fish and shrimp; and organic red beans and Carolina Gold rice salad. YUM!
Make Soil: We're passionate about composting and recycling. With a goal of zero waste, HOMEGROWN Concessions® uses compostable service ware and Farm Aid promotes and supports composting in the venue. Interfaith Food Shuttle will pick up and distribute any foodstuffs remaining after the event.
Wear the mission on your T-shirt: Take home a Farm Aid t-shirt, tote, hoodie, or even a jean jacket made with organic cotton, screen-printed at union shop Mirror Image in Rhode Island, and also from TS Designs in North Carolina. Chat with a volunteer: So many folks donate their time to pitch in and create an incredible Farm Aid experience for all festivalgoers. Our team in the volunteer t-shirts are ready to help out in any way!
Eat some crunchy apples at the HOMEGROWN Youthmarket: It's a farm stand run by young people who care about agriculture. This year's HOMEGROWN Youthmarkets will be staffed by young people from FFA chapters at Millbrook and Apex High Schools and The Grange. Be sure to bring cash to buy a crunchy apple or two!
Support the mission: We can't do our work without you! Show family farmers you stand with them. Give $75 or more to get the official Farm Aid 2022 logo shirt made with organic cotton.
