I just got word that the Minnesota DFL is short of the funding they need to get their early vote initiative off the ground. In a moment, I’ll explain why it’s so important that they make up the difference by their midnight deadline, but for the sake of time, I’ll get right to it:

Will you join me and make a contribution that works for you today to help them close the gap? According to their fundraising team, they still need 513 Minnesotans to pitch in by 11:59 pm to reach their target.

We’ve come a long way together over the past three years. Despite facing one of the only divided legislatures in the country, year after year, we secured historic investments in education, health care, and community prosperity in every corner of the state.

We took bold action on climate change, making Minnesota a clean car state – giving people more choices at the dealership, creating jobs, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. 

I couldn't be more proud of the strides we made working through the unprecedented challenges of the past three and half years. But Minnesotans know better than to let up before the job is done.

Scott Jensen and Matt Birk have made clear that they'll stop at nothing to drag Minnesota backward if they're elected, including banning abortion without exceptions for rape or incest. We cannot let that happen.

Reproductive freedom, paid family leave, the funding to provide our children with the education they deserve, voting rights, the safety of our LGBTQ+ kids, and so much more are all on the ballot this November.

I'm going to fight with everything I have to win this race, but midterm elections always come down to turnout. That’s why we need to blow our early voting numbers out of the water this year.
