"House Democrats pass broad prescription drug price bill..." -- 12/12/2019

No one should have to choose between paying their bills or buying their medication. That's why Suzan supported legislation to reduce prescription drug prices.

John, we want to surprise Suzan with a thank you card for putting working families first and taking a huge step toward lowering the cost of life-saving medication. Take a moment to add your name to the card!

The exorbitant and ever-increasing costs of prescription drugs have been showing up in national headlines for years -- and the problem is only getting worse. Manufacturers of life-saving drugs like the EpiPen have raised prices by nearly 500 percent in just 10 years.

And Americans with diabetes are struggling to afford insulin -- a drug that's been around for decades that they can't live without.

But earlier this month, Suzan and the House majority took the first big step toward making prescription drugs more affordable for all Americans -- even as the Trump administration works to take away health care from hundreds and thousands of working families.

Since it's close to the holidays, we want to take the time to thank Suzan for all she does for Washington families in the other Washington. Join us in thanking Suzan for helping pass legislation to lower the cost of prescription drugs. Sign the card today.

We know news about impeachment has been flooding the airwaves right now, but those hearings were just a part of the important work the House majority is doing.

We know you appreciate all the hard work Suzan puts in to support working families. That's why we're hoping that together, we can thank Suzan for all her efforts. Please take a moment to add your name to the card.

Thank you,
