John, early voting has officially begun in Virginia.

All of our work over the past year was to prepare for this moment. Despite the many challenges we’ve faced – redistricting pushing VA-02 two points to the right, Steve Bannon targeting Elaine for her service on the January 6th Committee, the GOP’s $1.2 million attack ad campaign – we’ve held our ground.

But that’s starting to change. Last week, we fell short of our mid-month goal for the first time since May. With so much on the line, we’re working hard to turn things around, and luckily, a few generous supporters stepped up and agreed to match every single contribution through this weekend.

That’s why we need to invest heavily in turning out Democratic voters, earning the support of undecided voters, and countering the GOP’s voter suppression efforts.
