Philadelphians should expect more and deserve better from their elected leaders. We shouldn’t have to choose between the issues we care about most.

As your Councilmember At-Large for the past six years, I refused to choose. I authored a plan that provides tax cuts for small businesses and residents AND increases funding for police officers and public safety initiatives. And that is how I will govern as Mayor.
