When I ended my U.S. Senate campaign, I made a promise to so many of our supporters: I told you I wasn’t going anywhere, and that I would always be in the fight to restore and protect reproductive freedom in Wisconsin.

I'm keeping that promise by launching a new political action committee called Women Win Wisconsin. Our mission is to mobilize women voters and elect pro-choice Democratic candidates in some of the toughest races throughout Wisconsin.

Over the next few weeks, all of our efforts will go toward unseating Ron Johnson and supporting pro-choice women running in the most competitive state legislative elections of the cycle — races that will determine whether or not Governor Tony Evers has the power to veto dangerous bills passed by the Republican-led legislature.

The way I see it, we can’t afford to sit on the sidelines and hope our rights and freedoms get restored. We’ve got to fight, and my hope is that I can count on you to join me.

Women Against Ron (WAR)

Between now and Election Day, WAR will work to unseat Ron Johnson by putting his anti-woman agenda directly in front of Wisconsin voters — especially women voters, who will be critical in the outcome of this tied race.

Voters need to know the truth about Ron Johnson's extreme record on issues like abortion, childcare, equal pay, and so much more. We're going to make sure they get the facts before November through investments in digital advertising and targeted voter outreach in Wisconsin.

You can support our continued efforts to defeat Ron Johnson and make sure we elect a new U.S. Senator who will fight for reproductive freedom by spreading the word or making a contribution today.

Women Save the Veto

Wisconsin Republicans only need to win six seats to gain a legislative supermajority — giving them enough votes to override Governor Evers’ veto and push through draconian laws infringing on our private health care decisions.

Governor Evers has already vetoed nine anti-abortion bills that passed the GOP-controlled legislature. He also called for a special session to create a path for voters to repeal the cruel 1849 abortion ban that was reinstated when Roe was overturned.

We need to make sure Governor Evers is re-elected and save the veto.

That’s why Women Save the Veto is supporting pro-choice Democratic women running in six of the most competitive state legislative races in order to block a GOP supermajority, save the governor’s veto power, and ensure we have more pro-choice leaders fighting for our rights in the state legislature.

Electing these six women will be critical to the future of abortion policy in Wisconsin. We’ll work to arm endorsed candidates with the financial resources, strategic support, and infrastructure necessary to mobilize pro-choice voters in their districts and win. But we’re going to need a lot of help to get this done.

These races often come down to a few hundred votes, and we can’t leave it up to chance — not with Governor Evers’ veto at stake. Anything you’re willing to contribute to support these incredible women will make an important difference.

Women Win Wisconsin is going to build on the power of pro-choice women to restore reproductive freedom and win close elections across our battleground state — this November and beyond. But our work will be what supporters like you make of it, and by getting involved now, you'll help shape it from the very beginning.

This isn’t my fight alone — we’re a team. So I’m asking you to join me in the tough work ahead of us, just like you did when I ran for U.S. Senate.
