The next few days are going to be critical for our campaign, so we wanted to send you a quick note on what you can expect and why they’re so important.

To make a long story short, this is what it all comes down to: Our third quarter fundraising deadline is September 30th, and it’s absolutely essential that we put up a strong showing.

I know you probably hear quite a bit about goal deadlines over the course of a campaign, so let me be absolutely clear: This deadline is the most important one we’ve faced to date.

Here’s why: After the end of the month, our numbers will be reported to the Federal Election Commission and then made public for everyone to see, including the dark money groups who have been targeting Jared throughout this entire campaign.

We can be certain that they’ll be studying our numbers for any signs of weakness that they can exploit over these last few weeks of the campaign. Bottom line, we can’t afford to put up anything less than a strong performance.

Since we’re running a grassroots campaign, times like these are when supporters like you are absolutely essential.
