John,

Did you see FiveThirtyEight’s analysis of election deniers on the ballot across the nation? Here’s what they reported about the PA GOP’s 18 nominees for Governor, U.S. Congress, and the U.S. Senate regarding the 2020 general election:

TEN fully deny the legitimacy of the election.

TWO attacked the election’s legitimacy without fully denying it.

NONE fully accept the outcome.

TWO accept it with reservations.

FOUR have not commented at all.

Yes, you read that right, John — only TWO of their EIGHTEEN nominees have accepted the results of the 2020 general election at all. Like we’ve said all along, the MAGA GOP’s war on democracy didn’t end after January 6th. They’re working to destroy it to this day, and Pennsylvania’s electorate will determine whether they succeed. Will you donate $10 today to help us expand PA’s electorate and defend our democracy? With the cash crunch we mentioned yesterday, it’s absolutely critical we get back on track to defending our democracy.

DONATE NOW: [link removed]

In solidarity,

Team NPP

The New Pennsylvania Project was founded in May 2021 to expand Pennsylvania’s electorate, so it reflects the Commonwealth’s demographically changing population. In the next four years, NPP will engage and empower young residents and those living in under-represented communities of color and immigrant communities. We will register them to vote, provide education about the issues that matter in their neighborhoods, and mobilize people to vote in every election.
