I'm reaching out today because we're quickly approaching our most important deadline yet – our final FEC end-of-quarter deadline of this election. In a moment, I'm going to ask you to chip in to help us reach our end-of-quarter goal, but first, I want to explain why it's so important.

We're in the final seven weeks of this race that The Hill called one of the seven races likely to determine control of the House. Election experts are calling our race a "toss-up," which is why Kevin McCarthy and D.C Republicans are flooding our district with nearly $7 million in attack ads.

We set an ambitious goal to raise $125,000 online before our end-of-quarter deadline to help us fight back against these attacks. But if we come up short, we might need to look at making budget cuts.

This is one of the most expensive House races in the whole country. Not reaching our goal would mean we won't be able to reach every voter we can on TV, in the field, by mail, and online, and risk getting drowned out by Republican attacks. We can't let that happen.
