Election Day is inching closer and closer. We officially have less than 50 days to go before voters head to the polls and cast their ballots in this election.

The stakes of this election could not be higher. Every day, Republicans on the ballot are slipping up and exposing their true beliefs. Just last week, my sister’s opponent reiterated his support for allowing politicians to ban abortion – even in cases of rape or incest.

Their extremism is showing, and it’s not pretty. Congressional Republicans have said their stance on abortion is not radical, yet they’ve proposed a nationwide 15-week ban for all Americans. Republicans have blamed Democrats and President Biden left and right for inflation in our country, yet they voted no on the very piece of legislation created to solve those problems. And while Democrats passed vital legislation to enhance our country’s infrastructure with barely any Republican help, the GOP went home to their constituents and took credit for it.

We know these far-right candidates aren’t going to tone it down between now and Election Day. That’s why we need your help. Can I count on you to make a contribution of $10 today to ensure we can get the word out about what a Republican takeover of Congress would mean?

During our primary last week, less than 20% of registered Democrats went to the polls. We need to make sure that we change that come November, because we can’t afford to sleep on this race.
