I love connecting with you, and I hate asking for a favor right off the bat, but I’m fired up after everything Hank’s been through the last few days. First: Republicans got upset during a Judiciary Committee markup – maybe because Hank called them MAGA extremists to their face (which they are) or maybe because Hank dropped some hard truths about the GOP’s attacks on teachers and public schools. Rather than confront Hank face-to-face while they were in the same room with him, Republicans started bashing him on Twitter!

Then: In an effort to discredit my husband, Fox News tried to compare Hank’s peaceful protest near the Senate office buildings last year to the January 6th insurrection. Excuse me!?

Finally: Donald Trump Jr. entered the chat by calling Hank “dumb.” That’s right. Don Jr. called Hank dumb. 🙄

It’s pretty outrageous watching Republicans coordinate an attack against Hank while Hank is fighting hard to protect Americans by reforming the Supreme Court and defending our democracy.

Just goes to show you, John – when you speak out and do the right thing, you turn into a lightning rod.

But I’m proud of Hank, because he’s keeping laser focused on working for the people he was elected to serve and giving Democrats up and down the ballot the support they need to win in November.

The GOP’s attacks are baseless, and I won’t stand for them! So I’m asking you to help my husband out by making a contribution so his team can mount a response against the MAGA Republicans who continue to baselessly attack his character.
