Democrats are at it again, John.

Have you heard about the the Presidential Election Reform Act?

This bill would trample state sovereignty and give Congress the power to determine what state law is, a role the Constitution SPECIFICALLY reserves to the States themselves.

Additionally, the bill would give candidates the ability to broadly define “catastrophic events” – which could include major natural disasters like the COVID-19 pandemic or acts of terrorism – and extend voting by up to 5 days in a presidential election year. In some cases, candidates may request this extension up to a full day after polls close!

This bill is nothing more than a liberal power grab just weeks before the midterm elections [[link removed]] ! [[link removed]]

I'm sure it comes as no surprise when I tell you Republicans were not consulted and didn't even receive the bill's text until after the Democrat-led Rules Committee announced a hearing!

This is yet again an attempt to federalize our elections, and I will have NOTHING to do with it.
