Born and raised in Central Valley, CA, Rudy Salas is a lifelong valley resident who worked his way from working in the fields with his father to graduating from UCLA. He then went on to become the first Latino Bakersfield City Council Member in its 112-year history.

Rudy has spent five terms in the California State Assembly where he fought to lower the cost of lifesaving medications and expand affordable access to healthcare, secure overtime pay for farmworkers and raise the minimum wage, and fight to expand access to safe drinking water.

Assemblymember Salas is a proven fighter for his constituents, his record shows that. He has the experience and enthusiasm needed to flip this competitive seat blue. Can you pitch in $5 or more to Future Forum today and help us support Rudy?
