# [#]John,

We’re proud that our state has been a leader on common-sense gun control, enacting groundbreaking legislation like Ethan’s Law to help protect our children from firearms that are not stored properly.

So we’re worried about candidates like George Logan, who voted against a bill to prohibit bump stocks here in Connecticut after a mass shooter used them in Las Vegas to kill 60 people at a country music concert, and Mike France who opposed banning untraceable “ghost guns” typically used to get around background checks by felons and people convicted of domestic abuse.

We’ve got to keep our momentum going when it comes to gun control, John.

Will you click here and make a $15 donation right away so we can keep making progress on gun control? We’re working to raise $20,000 before the end of the month to stop NRA Republicans from taking our seats in Congress. [[link removed]]

We must demand that our lawmakers fight for gun laws that protect us and our children from this scourge.

Please take a minute and give whatever you can manage. With your help towards this $20,000 goal, we can elect Democrats who will fight for the causes we care about and keep extremist Republicans from taking over our state. [href=]
