I am going this extra mile because I believe keeping our elections
honest is how we can guarantee the survival of our Republic…and
JUDICIAL WATCH is the “only game in town” blocking the Left’s
drive to open the door to wholesale corruption of our elections.

You see, a while back we found one key problem with our electoral
system that goes back years. It’s about poor voter registration list
maintenance practices that create “dirty lists” that can undermine
the integrity of our elections.

“Dirty” or inaccurate voter registration rolls that contain the
names of folks who have died or moved away are an open invitation to
voter fraud – especially in the absence of voter ID requirements.
Dirty voting rolls make it easier for ineligible voters…like
non-U.S. citizens and dead voters…to cast ballots.

Yet many states…red states, blue states, and purple states …fail
to fulfill the list maintenance obligations of the 1993 NATIONAL VOTER
REGISTRATION ACT (NVRA).

Beginning in 2012, JUDICIAL WATCH’S has become the national leader
in forcing states to address these issues and clean up their voter
rolls as federal law requires!

* We threatened legal action in FLORIDA, which led to state election
officials removing over 50,000 deceased voters from the rolls.
* Warning letters issued by JUDICIAL WATCH to MARYLAND and
WESTVIRGINIA led those two states to begin cleaning their voter rolls.
* Our lawsuit against INDIANA led to a statewide clean-up of voter
lists.
* We reached a settlement with OHIO in which the state agreed to
undertake voter list maintenance and other actions to protect against
voter fraud.
* A JUDICIAL WATCH lawsuit led to a consent decree issued by a
federal judge to which KENTUCKY and the U.S. Justice Department were
parties to clean its voter rolls.

And our federal lawsuit against CALIFORNIA and its LOS ANGELES COUNTY
led to a legal settlement wherein the county agreed to purge 1.6
million ineligible voters from its registration rolls.

This was a huge success and we are now in the middle of major lawsuits
in COLORADO, NEW YORK and PENNSYLVANIA to force those states to follow
the law on voter list maintenance.

And earlier this year, in another major victory for honest elections
and for JudicialWatch, we settled our federal lawsuit against NORTH
CAROLINA after they removed over430,000 ineligible names from their
voter rolls…a 36% drop in inactive registrations!

But the Left is pushing on all fronts to corrupt our elections,
destroy longstanding ballot integrity safeguards and make it easier
for non-citizens to vote.

WHY ELSE WOULD THEY OPPOSE ACCURATE VOTER ROLLS?

So the critical court battles for clean voter rolls and honest
election continue…

And who is the one organization fighting against the combined forces
of the Biden Justice Department, the Soros network and radical Left
