Equity and Inclusion Support Specialist

The Equity and Inclusion Support Specialist provides administrative support to the Equity & Inclusion team by processing requests from other state agencies for contract approvals and completing other administrative duties. Learn more about what the Equity & Inclusion team does on our website

Salary Range: $19.87 - $26.89/hourly; $41,488 - $56,146/annually

Intake Coordinator and Senior Case Support Specialist

The Intake Coordinator and Senior Case Support Specialist position serves as the primary contact for Minnesotans who may be interested in filing a charge of discrimination. This individual is also responsible for responding to existing parties and attorneys who have administrative questions.

Hybrid Work Environment

To promote a culture of flexibility, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights offers staff a hybrid work environment that varies by team and position based on business needs.

For example, some teams work in the office at most two days per week whereas other teams can choose to work from home every day. Other positions require more in-person meetings. And about once per month, all staff attend a collaborative in-person meeting in the office.
