** CHD Sues NY State Demanding Vulnerable and Medically Fragile Children Their Rights to an Education Under IDEA Law

Yesterday, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Chairman and Chief Legal Counsel of Children’s Health Defense and Kim Mack Rosenberg of Bouer Law LLC, filed a second lawsuit against New York State, demanding the state’s vaccination mandates be overturned because they violate federal law under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
The lawsuit demands that the State be compelled by the Court to open the schoolhouse doors in September to children with disabilities in New York, enjoin New York’s heavy-handed repeal, and declare it in violation of federal law.

** Chlorpyrifos: Playing Pesticide Politics with Children’s Health

Chlorpyrifos—described by some as “the most dangerous pesticide you’ve never heard of”—is an insect-killing organophosphate used on at least 50 major food crops including some of the foods most likely to be consumed by children, such as corn, soy, apples, oranges, strawberries and nuts despite being linked to brain damage even at the lowest detectable doses.
Flagging exposure to chlorpyrifos and other organophosphates as a risk factor for autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) and other developmental problems concerned scientists have been sounding the alarm for quite some time. Yet, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proclaimed on July 18 that it will take no action other than to “continue to review the safety of chlorpyrifos.”

** Flu Vaccination as Litmus Test For Validity and Ethics of Vaccine Policies

To me the flu shot is the most valid litmus test of the validity and ethics of vaccine policy. We can EASILY determine whether the flu shot recommendations are based on valid science or industry created dogma. We can also judge the ability of politicians, nurses, doctors, and the general public to evaluate the validity and ethics of such policy. We have actual data to determine if those healthcare providers who so fervently advocate for flu shots for virtually every citizen are critically thinking, evidence-based clinicians or dogmatic, unquestioning followers or policy.
What we can’t argue is the fact that the current flu vaccine campaigns are highly supported, defended, and implemented in clinical practice. Are we being offered evidence-based, safe, effective care or dogma-based, marketing-based, profit-based, risky care?

** The Pharmaceutical Industry’s Front Men

Although the details are not always fully or accurately documented, the funding trail can often provide insight into the pharmaceutical industry’s complex and mutually-dependent relationship with physician trade groups and physicians.
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the Immunization Action Coalition (IAC) and Every Child by Two (ECBT) all receive significant funding from vaccine manufacturers and the CDC. And the pharmaceutical industry has considerable expertise in turning physicians into “a cog in their marketing machine.” Physicians also benefit from various financial incentive programs such as insurers who give bonus payments to practice groups who achieve specified vaccination targets.
With industry and CDC funding in hand, these front groups can guarantee vaccine makers’ ability to influence policy without having to stand on the front lines.

** Gardasil: FOIA Disclosure Reveals More Deaths In Australia After HPV Vaccination

By Annette Gartland, Changing Times Media It has been confirmed that 11 deaths after HPV vaccination have been reported to Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) including two in which the adverse reaction is simply described as “vaccination failure”. The new FOI release also includes four cases of spontaneous abortion after HPV vaccination.
An earlier FOI request revealed that more than one hundred cases of reported adverse reactions after HPV vaccination have been excluded from the TGA’s public Database of Adverse Event Notifications (DAEN) and were only recorded in its internal database.
