On Wednesday, Susan Collins said she is running for reelection because there’s “still a role for a centrist” in the Senate.

But here’s the thing:

Senator Collins is NOT a centrist.

She voted with Trump 94% of the time, more than she voted with any other President. And when Mitch McConnell needed her vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh, she had his back.

Maybe at one point she was different — but now, Collins is nothing more than a reliable vote for Republicans in the Senate. It’s time for her to go.
