UNITE: an evening with WEC and WCV is just a few weeks away! We’re excited to welcome guests both in-person and virtually and hope you’ll join us in the way that’s best for you! 

Here are nine reasons you won’t want to miss this event!

• Experience safe in-person fun with our amazing environmental community for the first time since October 2019.

• Choose between in-person or virtual participation - both will be fun!😊

• Hear three of Washington’s environmental leaders – U.S. Representative Derek Kilmer, Temryss Xeli’tia Lane, from the Golden Eagle Clan of the Lummi nation and Port of Tacoma Commissioner Kristin Ang – talk with one another about the challenges that face our families, our environment and our democracy; the positive impact of strong environmental justice policy; and, why it’s critical to have the right people in office!  

• Celebrate WCV’s 2022 Legislator of the Year: Representative Davina Duerr of Washington’s 1st Legislative District, representing the Bothell area.

• Reflect on the decades-long journey that has led to uniting our two organizations --WEC and WCV – and, engage in an activity highlighting our path forward in creating the Washington that we all deserve today, and for generations to come. 

• Bid on ONE very special live auction item or purchase a ticket (or two) to win raffle prizes! 

• Take silly (or serious) photos in our Photo Booth (with props)!

• Listen in on Spanish interpretation provided during the event!  

• Learn how you can support WEC and WCV’s work and how you can ensure that we elect environmental champions who will fight for our future.
