Events & Fundraisers

Dear friends of the Fund,

Now's your chance to see two of the most talked-about shows on Broadway! Join us as the 16th century meets the 21st century, or take a deep dive into the mind of a young artist wrestling with his career, his identity and himself. Either way, you'll see great theater and support a life in the arts.

And don't forget; Stars In The House is back tonight with all donations being matched up to $1,000!

Enjoy this week's events, and we hope to see you soon.

A Strange Loop Producer's Picks
Friday, October 28, 8 pm ET

Lyceum Theatre
149 West 45th Street
New York, NY

Winner of the 2022 Tony Award for Best Musical, Michael R. Jackson’s Pulitzer Prize-winning masterwork exposes the heart and soul of a young artist grappling with desires, identity and instincts he both loves and loathes.

Usher is a Black, queer writer, working a day job he hates while writing his original musical: a piece about a Black, queer writer, working a day job he hates while writing his original musical. This blistering, momentous musical follows a young artist at war with a host of demons—not least of which, the punishing thoughts in his own head—in an attempt to capture and understand his own strange loop.
