| | Please remember, that Asheville Tea Party is on the Board of the NCEIT. As such, our mission is to assure that NC has free and fair elections. Without that, we will lose our liberties and our voice for self governance. We urge you to join the fight. We are not alone. Eight other states in the US are taking steps to duplicate the 2021 Virginia election success. (Virginia turned their state back to red in one election cycle. See The Virginia Model.) The other eight states who are setting up a permanent, year round citizen engagement using The Conservative Partnership Institute's Citizens Guide to Building an Election Integrity Infrastructure as NC: Florida, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Many are also already using Jay Delancy's Voter Integrith Project's Phantom Voter app to create watch lists for the November election. We thank all of you for continued confidence. We've been at this since 2009 and there is no end in sight. You can come to visit us too at our table at the Land of Sky Gun and Knife Show on Oct 8-9, 2022 in Asheville. We'll be giving out info and raffling off a Sig P365! | | |

| | One step at a time we dismantle them! Some really serious good news! Legislature Is Acting to Put ERIC and the NCSBE in a box! Senate Letter, dated 9-19, to NCSBE expressing limits on transfer of NC protected data to ERIC Click on the button below. See your NC Senator on the list of signers? Please call them and thank them. Notice, Phil Berger, Pres Pro Temp of the Senate, SenatorsChuck Edwards, and Kevin Corbin are on the list. This is a 180! Wow! NCEIT team, especially, Jim Womack, worked really hard, to get an audience with the Senators to present the horrors of ERIC. I also want to thank our NCEIT/ATP Henderson and Buncombe folks for attending a meeting with Senator Edwards and Rep Jake Johnson regarding ERIC. See, we make a difference. This is what Statutory Provisions & Compliance #7 of the Eight Systems of Election Integrity Task Force is supposed to do. We must monitor legislation coming our of our government bodies and hold our elected officials accountable. It works, even when it seems not to because we bring awareness and engagement in the electoral process. Many thanks for yur phone calls and emails. We will continue to be vigilant. Come join one of your County Task Force teams. | | |

| | NCGOP, RNC file Lawsuit Against NC State Board of Elections Thank you NCGOP and RNC for Defending Observer Rights! " ... poll observers play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of elections, providing much needed oversight from the citizens. This State Board has continued to do everything in its power to restrict the rights of observers and to make it more difficult for the Republican Party to shift observers in every county. The Rules Review Commission shut down such an effort by the Board just a few of weeks ago and also shut down so-called “emergency rules” the Board attempted to pass in 2020. However, the State Board remains undeterred and is now explicitly directing county boards to violate the law by restricting at-large poll observers to 4-hour shifts, thereby cutting their flexibility and making it tremendously more difficult for the county parties to have eyes on all voting sites.
