Dear John,
Your opportunity to increase your impact for religious liberty is less than 24 hours away.
And in this crucial turning point for our nation—when we truly need more resources than ever before to take on the battles ahead—we’re counting on YOU to make this year our biggest North Texas Giving Day yet!
Friends and supporters from all over the nation have been scheduling their donations leading up to the big day tomorrow, taking advantage of both our $50,000 Challenge Grant and the special Bonus Pool which combine as a force multiplier for every dollar donated.
You have less than 24 hours to ensure your gift is multiplied to protect America’s First Freedom.
Our constitutional rights have faced an all-out assault which has grown at an alarming pace throughout 2022. We cannot afford to let our guard down now.
First Liberty has filed a major legal action against Alaska Airlines who has jumped on the anti-religious bandwagon in the name of so-called “equality.”
In a direct violation of federal civil rights law prohibiting workplace religious discrimination, the woke airline recently fired flight attendants Lacey Smith and Marli Brown for expressing their religious beliefs.
When Alaska Airlines declared on its company’s internal message board that as a corporation it is supporting the “Equality” Act, it invited employees to comment.
Lacey and Marli politely asked about the company’s support of the legislation, both expressing deep concern about the impact the bill could have on their freedoms—as do millions of Americans. The airlines disparaged their beliefs and promptly fired them over these questions.
By firing these dedicated flight attendants, Alaska Airlines has joined the ranks of many other woke companies acting with hostility towards people of faith.
But Lacey and Marli are not backing down. They want to strike a blow against woke corporations and to hold Alaska Airlines accountable for their actions so the same thing that happened to them doesn’t happen to you or someone in your family.
Coming forward as Lacey and Marli did takes courage. As their fight becomes more and more public, it is all but certain that they will be attacked and shamed by those who hate religious freedom.
But like most of those who turn to us for help, Lacey and Marli know First Liberty will lead the fight to prove once and for all that religious discrimination doesn’t fly in America.
With your support, we can defeat the cancel culture that is rapidly taking over woke corporate America.
Please consider a much-needed gift to First Liberty today. This special opportunity to double your impact for our nation’s foundational freedoms will be gone in less than 24 hours.
Yes, Kelly—I will give generously to reap freedom for all Americans!
In the fight together,
Kelly
