Book your spot at the Texas Historical Commission?s Real Places 2023 conference before a rate increase. Register by Friday, September 30 at midnight at the full conference in-person rate of $375?which includes all meals, snacks, and drinks during the event, including the opening reception and the THC Awards Banquet. On October 1, the full conference in-person rate will increase by $125.
There are also discounted early-bird rates for students and courthouse stewards, as well as for single-day registrations and workshops. The 10 percent discount for organizations registering multiple people at once also applies to the early-bird rate (the first registrant pays the full early-bird rate, and each additional registration in the group is discounted by 10 percent).
Additionally, the Friends of the Texas Historical Commission is offering a limited number of hotel room stipends. But act fast?the stipend application deadline is October 15.
