I am pleased to invite you to this year’s *Virtual* Senior Resource Fair,
which will be taking place on October 25th, 26th, and 27th. Similar to the
last two years, this year’s fair will consist of one event each day,
starting at 2pm. This year’s events include “Reach Out Beyond Loneliness,”
“Essential Movement for Older People,” and “Engage in the Arts.”

Research shows that loneliness can affect your mental and physical health.
Learn how you can address isolation, and find out how to access resources
to build your social networks and find community.

It’s important to age creatively. Learn about programs where you can foster
your artistic spirit through dance, theater, and the fine arts.
