We know we can win. We’ve been calling hundreds of voters, knocking on hundreds of doors, and attending or hosting forums about important issues like prison reform and reproductive freedom. In short, we’ve been doing the hard work that a 100% grassroots campaign entails - hard work that won’t stop when we make it to Congress.
This seat is held by a nine-term incumbent and the district has been in the hands of a legacy family. The voters we’ve met have agreed it’s time for a change and for effective leadership.
We deserve better. That’s why I’m here to finish what I started last year: to be the truly representative Congresswoman this district desperately needs, and to make that happen without the interference of the Big Money that has for too long had a stranglehold on our government.
It’s time to put the government back in the hands of the people. Will you help us do that?
We can’t stress enough the urgency of closing out this quarter strong. Our campaign’s future depends on your help right now. Can we count on you?
In solidarity and thanks,
Cori
